We are very excited around our house because Ashley is coming back to see us in 5 days! The last time we saw her was when she was here with Nikki fairly early in the summer and she had plans to come out again just after Christmas but it didn’t work out due to flight issues. Its a treat whenever we get visitors and Ashley’s trips are our very favorite!
Seems we barely had a visitor (besides Ashley and Nikki) during almost our first entire year in Kona but we’ve seen mainland friends and/or family every month since last October and we know of others coming out every month through July! It is always great fun to catch up with people and share with them what we love about Kona and the Big Island.
As long as we are talking travel, we will be headed to Maui to celebrate the 15th anniversary of our commitment ceremony on a Maui beach. So look for blog posts and pics about that. Ashley is even joining us there for a day which will be a lot of fun.
And in April Lynn is headed back to the mainland for a week for some meetings. Didn’t he just get back from the mainland for some meetings? I am not a big fan of them and the separation but since he IS the one with the steady paycheck I guess we’ll go along with it… for now.
