Since picking up the keys to our new place last week we have been going almost non-stop between our jobs and moving. This morning the cable/internet was finally hooked up so tonight will be our first night to actually sleep there.
Most everything we own is over at the new house though very little is actually put away. Most of the furnishings are where they are going to go and both of our offices are set up and functional. We still have a few odds and ends to move and cleaning at the old place. We’re been trying to get as much of that taken care of as possible before Lynn leaves on Saturday for a week-long mainland business trip.
The real fun begins now with hanging pictures and decorating. I sincerely love this part and am very excited to get to it. I am also beginning to pick wall colors and the landscape is coming together in my head (and on paper to some extent). Anyway just wanted to provide a quick update! Aloha.
